B&B GUESTS

All guests have use of the living room, dining room, television nook, porches, lawns and gardens plus the recreational trails for riding, walking, x-country skiing, snowshoeing etc. Motorized vehicles and mountain bikes are not allowed on the trails.

A full breakfast is served between 8 and 10 am each day to your desire. In the cool months we serve this meal in our elegant dining room. And in the warm weather guests may prefer eating out on the porch overlooking the gardens. Breakfast includes fresh juice, homemade baked goods, gourmet coffees and fine teas and hot entrees such as quiche, soufflées, or crêpes made to order.

We have a gift shop featuring locally made jams, jellies and souveniers.

The Campbell Suite

King bed, fireplace, attached sitting room, dressing room, private bath with spectacular vistas of fields and woods to the south and west. Optional connection to a children’s room with two trundle beds (shared bath). Walk, ride, ski right from Deer Hill.

King bed, fireplace, separate sitting room with double sleeper couch, private bath with gold fixtures at two sinks, separate bath and shower, inspiring views of rolling farmland to the south. Serene nature trails out your back door.

Winter Rates Available !

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit for the total of the room fees. There will be an additional charge of 12% of the total fee for NYS Tax and Madison County Room Occupancy Tax.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit is usable toward a stay anytime at Deer Hill B&B for one year after that date - except for Colgate College’s Parent’s Day in October or their Graduation Weekend in May of each year.

Stabling your horses.

Deer Hill has 4 large box stalls for rent at $25 per night - self care. You can order shavings from our local provider to be delivered or bring feed, hay and bedding. We provide paddocks for “turn-out” at your request.

Coggins and Rabies certificates are required for each horse. Parking for the biggest of trucks and trailers is available on cement pads.

April 1 through November we offer 300+ acres of riding and jumping country of the Limestone Creek Hunt and over 7 miles of the off-road carriage driving paths used by the Lorenzo Driving Competition.
